If you are seeking an appointment for our low-cost spay and neuter clinic, we invite you to fill out the form provided. One of our dedicated volunteers will reach out to you as soon as possible to assist you with scheduling your appointment. 

Please keep in mind that our clinic operates one to two times a month, so there may be a waiting period before we can accommodate your request. We appreciate your understanding and patience, as we are committed to providing these vital services to our community. Thank you for your support in helping us create a better and healthier future for our pets. 

You will need to have a google account and signed into it, to fill out the form, unfortunately this is the only ONLINE form that we could find that was free for us to use unlimited. In order to keep the clinic prices low for the clinic we need to save money on other things.  If you do NOT have a google account, you can sign up for one for free. You will also need to accept cookies for the form to come up. 

                                                Please make sure you do NOT feed your pet the night before your appointment.

                                                                                           All Animals must be in a clean carrier one pre carrier 

Drop off time is 7am, please allow for 15 to 20 mins to fill out paper work. Pick up time will be around 4 to 5 depending on when your animal gets done and when the time they are taken to surgery. 

If you miss our surgery date and want to reschedule there is a $20.00 miss fee. Our slots are limited and highly in demand. Please keep your schedule date or cancel with in 72 hours so we can offer the spot to someone else. 

Please note Female appointments take several months to get into unfortunately. Since we are only limited to 10 per month. 

The low cost surgery cost is $45.00 and includes vaccines at no charge
